Down With The Superpower

Protesters in Pakistan burning US flag (via CNN )
My sympathies lie with the holy warriors, who spend their lives, killing people, burning down embassies, hospitals, schools and other such stuff. Sigh! Sometimes, I feel very sad that despite their deadly efforts the Superpower has not yet complied with their wishes. I feel like a poor mother watching her starving children kill each other for scraps of old broken toys from a garbage dump.

These fighters are the epitome of sacrifice. They give up the simple pleasures of ordinary peaceful lives, which all of us take for granted. How sad it is to watch them waste away their lives. A life is a brief period that each one of us is given, only once, to experience on this beautiful planet.

Instead of calling the holy warriors sick, brain-damaged, morons, jackasses, loonies, terrorists etc. etc., we should forgive them for the mindless killings and atrocities because in the long term, these acts will benefit the humanity. These are but small sacrifices for a bigger cause.

It is quite possible that the Superpower didn’t find the idiotic anti-Islam movie, or the cartoons, or other such literature offensive until now. The Superpower seems to be liberal, tolerant, and open-minded. Nevertheless, apart from these well-publicized acts of creating offensive pieces of art and literature, there are infinite instances of abuse, torture, pain, and suffering that men and women go through each day in their lives.

I hope the holy warriors would keep on killing and mauling their enemies, as well as innocent people, so that the Superpower would take notice and resolve some of the burning issues.

Everyone knows that the Superpower can remove the offensive videos or cartoons in a jiffy. He can punish the offenders with a wave of his hand; in fact, He is so powerful that He can kill them with earthquakes, lightning, and can even spew volcanoes from beneath their houses. The omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent Superpower, He certainly knows where the offenders are hiding.

All the major religions in this world tell us that the Superpower wants human beings to love and empathize with each other. Therefore to wake him up from his slumber, let us keep doing the opposite of what He wants. Dear holy warriors please escalate your protests and keep killing and maiming anyone and everyone with all your life energy. After all, you are fighting against the Superpower, the Almighty God!

  2. The amusing fact is that the movie was shown to the public only once, and less than ten people watched it.

I hadn't seen the trailer until I read this post. Wonder how many of the holy warriors are even aware of the name of the movie!

  7. Violent people believe their acts of violence will cow people into doing their bidding - whatever it is. I did watch parts of this movie on the net and thought it was third rate, offensive and disgraceful. The sad part is, so did most Americans.

    1. KayEm, third rate, offensive, and disgraceful is exactly what I thought when I watched the trailer! It is completely trash. No one would have paid attention to it if the fanatics didn't go on the burning spree!
