Next Prime Minister Kaisa Ho?

Wednesday, February 20, 2013

It is very important for a country to have a good Prime Minister. A bad Prime Minister is like a bad zookeeper, who along with his subordinates, siphons the money allotted for the animals for his own use. He doesn't care if the animals are fed properly or if their enclosures are cleaned or maintained. As a consequence, the zoo stinks and the animals either starve or kill each other.

In 2014, Indians will once again get a chance to pick a Prime Minister. I request all fellow Indians to vote judiciously. Let us find out who has the capability to make our zoo, I mean our country, a happy place.

BJP’s Narendra Modi is on everyone’s mind these days. He and his supporters have been extolling his accomplishments from roof tops. But I find him frighteningly threatening. Even when he smiles, he scares me to death. Sometimes, when I am up late night, working on my blog, my husband tells me, “So ja nahin to Narendra Modi aa jayega." (Go to sleep or else Narendra Modi will be here.) And I start sweating, even though I know that he can not get a visa to come over here.

The Congress candidate Rahul Gandhi, on the other hand, is extremely amiable, but I am afraid as a Prime Minister he would end up eating all the candies and lollipops and leave the little ones crying and bawling, which would make our lives hell.

 Arindam Chaudhury
The only person who, I believe, is daring enough to take our great nation beyond its greatness is a little-known business magnate, economist, management guru, motivational speaker, best-selling author, and the honorary dean of the IIPM, Professor Arindam Chaudhury. Unlike the current Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, he can speak—that too in torrents. Once he starts, even Arnab Goswami cannot stop him.

The important point is that he also gets jobs done. Recently, he got about 70 webpages blocked. He has been continuously fighting against injustice all his life. He is a great sue-er. If he becomes the PM, he might get all the blogs blocked—I especially want the Faking News to be blocked—and leave only the Grist Mill’s flag, fluttering. After all, I have lovingly drawn such a flattering portrait of this gem of gems, and have never written anything, leave aside defamatory, about his non-degree-granting management institute.

Arindam Chaudhury will certainly make a great zookeeper, I mean Prime Minister. He will also have the advantage of filling up the ministries, judiciaries, and all other government posts with the men and women educated and trained at the IIPM.

He is a true inqilabi, a revolutionary. Even though he has become super rich by sheer hard work, tenacity, and a little bluffing, he still thinks about the poor of our country. You can watch him expressing his views on diverse issues plaguing our nation in a video playlist here.

Next Prime Minister kaisa ho? Arindam Chaudhury jaisa ho!

Update: In the comments section, a reader has pointed out that Arindam Sir supports Narendra Modi as the next Prime Minister. Considering how much we all value Arindam Sir's opinions, the final vote goes to Narendra Modi in spite of the sculls and bones beneath his feet.

  2. And he has a choti too. I think it is very cool for a PM to have a choti. Don't you think so?

  3. "So ja nahi to Narendra Modi aa jayega" - Now that was typical Giribala style! Couldn't stop laughing!

Loved the post. It seems there is no one who we can hand over our country to. It would again be 'Andho me kaana raja' type of choice. I am all for Narendra Modi, seeing the development he has done in Gujrat, but the RSS/Hindutva angle involved there, scares me.

We should be better off without a zoo-keeper instead of having some one who will steal all our candies.

  4. It's a zoo indeed. Crocodiles in water and snakes on land.Meanwhile the voter hangs in the sky holding Arindams ponytail.

Arindam Chaudhury was saying in an interview that he wouldn't go after humor and satire, although he got many urls of Faking News and Unreal times blocked.
FN has an interesting article about his electoral plans. It reported a "pony" as an election symbol. http://www.fakingnews.com/2013/02/blocked-faking-news-articles-on-aridam-chaudhuri-and-iipm/?singlepage=1
